Cathy has worked as Series Producer on two of our shows in the past couple of years. She is incredibly conscientious, extremely organised and a delight to work with. I am always impressed by the way she cares for her team, in particular how she nurtures the younger members and is proactive in their development. She is unfailingly collaborative, notably with her PMs on managing the budget and delivery. Her fantastic rapport with contributors and on-screen talent comes very naturally. I have really enjoyed working with Cathy and very much hope to again in the near future.

Cathy is a highly valued Series Producer and such a great team player. She’s always there for her colleagues with advice if asked for and support when needed. Cathy always stays across the editorial of a series from the start of a programme’s commission to the end of post production, calmly solving any surprises along the way. She is also an experienced Edit Producer which enables her to nail the edits and keep the Commissioners happy whilst always having an eye on the budget.
