A B O U T -I am a confident and creative people-person with a passion for broadcast. My previous experience as a Conference Producer and my bachelor's degree in Multi-media Journalism from Bournemouth University are transferable to any environment. I have strong communication skills, stellar organisation abilities, have worked on large-scale events and regional broadcast stations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. As a self-starter, solid writer and a forward thinker with an excellent work ethic, I can be a great attribute to your team.My most recent position was the Conference Producer for the London Build and New York Build Expos at Oliver Kinross. In the role, I was responsible for managing and planning the event agenda with a diverse and inclusive range of speakers and topics. After 6 months in this role, I won the award for 'Highest Achievement of the Year' for the event's best ever speaker line-up for their 20,000 registered attendees.A V A I L A B I L I T Y -I am available to start immediately and can work flexible hours. - Fast learner and resilientE X P E R I E N C E -CONFERENCE PRODUCER: OLIVER KINROSS | MAY 2019 - AUG 2020- Managing, planning and coordinating the event agenda and deliver a diverse range of speakers for the New York Build Expo 2020 and the London Build Expo 2019.
- 20,000 registered attendees for both events.
- Responsible for researching, building and maintaining relationships with all speakers through strong communication, booking over the phone, LinkedIn and email.
- Strong attention to detail when scheduling the agenda on the website (ASP), create personalised marketing material on Canva for the speakers to promote their sessions via social media.
- Responsible for headhunting all of the judges for the London Construction Awards and uploading their profiles to Squarespace.
- Supporting and collaborating with the Marketing Team to promote the speakers and their talks via social media, as well as project administration and information management.
- Writing and proofing the print and digital show guide agenda.
- Remaining highly organised and adapting well under pressure Run and coordinate the production schedule on location of the expos across the two days, remain the main point of contact for the 200+ speakers across the eight different stages and workshops in an international conference environment, at a large scale. This included the Javits Center in New York (New York Build Expo) and Olympia London in London (London Build Expo).TELESALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: DIABETES NSW & ACT | AUG 2018 - JAN 2019- Contact people and parents of children living with diabetes in Australia, offer a healthcare subscription at an affordable cost.
- Deliver sales, hit targets, follow policies and procedures whilst remaining professional and friendly through 200 calls a day.BROADCAST JOURNALIST: SEDGEMOOR FM | SEP - OCT 2016- Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews.
