I am an aspiring producer/director with a background in anthropology, and with freelance experience as a production coordinator, researcher, junior editor, and camera person. I have worked with feature documentaries for broadcast, theatrical release, SVOD, as well as with commissioned short documentaries. I have a good understanding of the entire coordination process, from pre-production to delivery, and have experience setting up shoots of various natures--from remote locations in Brazil and underwater filming, to drama recon and SFX shoots in studios.I am a confident and experienced PC, but am also looking to build my skills in editorial work so am particularly open to researcher/hybrid roles. Having experience in the field as an ethnographic researcher, I am especially competent in reaching out and building relationships with people of various backgrounds. Furthermore, I have experience in archive research, casting research, and writing/designing decks.In my free time, I like to make short documentaries independently, resulting in a familiarity with the entirety of the filmmaking process--from development to editing. I am a confident and independent traveler and a lover of wildlife.
