Possessing excellent and well-developed communication, financial, production, strategic and inter-personal management skills and adept at working with a wide variety of people effectively and good-humouredly in often highly demanding situations.KEY EXPERIENCE: Experienced in all aspects of media development, business and production management.  Effective company management on long and short-term basis, including creating and reporting of company reports and accounts.  Undertaking planning and execution of all manner of production, staff, technical and editorial issues.  Making key editorial and financial decisions regarding production content, script, graphic elements and music.  Budgeting, scheduling and dealing with all contractual requirements for delivery.  Recognising and undertaking editorial and logistical requirements, often within tight budgetary and time deadlines.  Planning, negotiating and dealing with international distributors, broadcasters, external resources and suppliers.  Thorough knowledge of post-production process and techniques, including high-end graphic and design work.  Conducting day-to-day liaison with key contacts regarding ongoing productions and being first point of contact for all company business.  Assessment of incoming proposals and continued development through to commission.  Working with varied media: film, HD, digital, animation techniques as well as special effects and interactive media.  Able to work within either long or short-term delivery deadlines and adapt approach accordingly.  Covid Supervisor trained Read Less
