I have worked in customer service roles for 35 years and am very much a people ?person. I can talk and help? all people from all ages and diversity with ease. I have achieved many customer service awards for this. I have worked in fast paced and stressful situations numerous times and can remain calm and focussed. I posess great communication and interpersonal skills and am deemed very approachable , methological and open. I am very flexible and adaptable and thrive on helping people. I am PC literate and have CLAIT levels 1 + 2. I am a quick learner and very adaptable at change. I regard myself as firm but fair and I am empathetic ?whilst having an understanding of individual needs. I thrive on challenges and change and adapt wherever neccessary to each situation. I have a full DBS certificate , child protection training and am NSPCC certified for working with children as a licenced chapperone. I am also a medical role play actor helping students with their studies and OSKE exams at Swansea university. I volunteer as a usher at the WMC Cardiff furthering my skills in Customer service, compliance, health and safety. I have made a decision to change my career and believe that this is a job where I will be able to transfer a number of my skills whilst have a desire to learn new ones. I am flexible and self motivated and have a desire for myself and my team to achieve. I believe that this is a very worthy job helping the needs of others at very stressful and vulnerable moments and would very much like to be considered for this role.
