I’ve got over a year’s experience in non-scripted development working on quiz, gameshow, fact-ent, documentary, dating and reality formats.

I started in development as part of ITV’s prestigious Development Trainee scheme. During this time, I helped develop a new idea that successfully made it through a BBC tender selection process.

I’m passionate about development because it lets me see an idea all the way through to completion. My strengths lie in brainstorming, creating pitch material, talking to commissioners, research skills and presenting.  Read Less
