Harry is a brilliant, highly-competent all-rounder, who is not only a huge delight to work with but is capable of handling and delivering with considerable flair the projects placed in front of him.

His role in development involved not just generating, researching and writing new ideas, which he was strong in, but his ability to craft taster tapes, shoot and access some big name talent made him invaluable.

His attention to detail and grown-up approach stands out- he always asks the right question and finds the flaw no-one has spotted - fixing it himself if he can without causing a fuss. And his previous film work made him a master of efficiency and organisation in the team.
