A BAFTA-nominated Showrunner, Series Editor and Exec.  Over twenty years producing high-profile content, from factual entertainment to documentary, specialising in first series. She has borrowed from different genres to create new hybrids and has built a reputation as a strong storyteller. Jo has managed complex shoots and challenging logistics on the ground in foreign locations - US, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

 Experienced in directing and managing talent, from high profile celebs to vulnerable contributors, she’s overseen all sizes of teams and built relationships with stakeholders and commissioners. She has worked for both UK and US broadcasters.

Jo project manages series from concept through to delivery, but she also joins productions at crunch points, helping to get challenging new formats across the line while enabling a supportive working environment. She also edit produces creatively challenging episodes from start to finish. 

Alongside TV production, Jo has worked in development and has been collaborating with a team in the US, writing and developing adventure formats. She is currently producing podcasts. Read Less
