I am a passionate person committed to empowering people with care needs in a proactive manner so they can maintain a healthy state of wellbeing and realise their dreams.I am willing to support individuals to access social opportunities and aid them with their domestic tasks. Upon becoming a successful candidate, I look forward to the full local and corporate induction and ongoing professional development through regular appraisal meetings which will help me with my professional development.While working as an on-demand worker for various recruitment agencies such as Arc Recruitment, Staff Heroes and Temptribe I would work a wide variety of roles within the hospitality industry such as being an event staff, waiting staff, bar staff, etc. Because I would work with new colleagues everyday I was able to hone my collaborative skills by building a rapport with fellow workers.
