Hello, my name is Ray, and I am a Researcher/Casting Researcher based in Manchester, with additional bases in London and Liverpool. I have recently wrapped on casting for Deal or No Deal (Remarkable) consisting of 120 episodes and I am available for work immediately and for all of 2025 so far and although these are tough times in the industry, I am hopeful I get to bring my skills and experience to new opportunities in casting and welfare for more genres of unscripted TV in the new year.

Experience in casting suitable contributors that meet British and International TV standards for major broadcasters such as ITV/BBC/CBS(USA)/Channel 10(AUS). Conducting phone interviews, zoom auditions & booking contributors for nationwide tours to identify top-tier participants, creating and updating excel documents daily, story development, forward planning, welfare of contributors and general duty of care, sourcing props & materials with restricted budgets in the UK and abroad. Strong with admin (word, excel, PowerPoint, Canva), GDPR, sensitive information & following protocols, strong communication skills, organising travel & accommodation & chaperoning on large-scale reality TV and entertainment shows both in the UK and internationally.
