When I first met Ioana, she had just started her first role as an edit assistant at Off the Fence. It was clear to everyone working at that company how hardworking and driven Ioana was from the very start. Personable, communicative, and very technically minded, we would sometimes compare her to a sponge due to how quickly and efficiently she absorbed new skills passed down by more senior colleagues!

Ioana quickly earned a reputation as a safe pair of hands and was entrusted with being the sole edit assistant on highly complex projects with very fast turnarounds, some of which I edited.

Ioana is a wonderful addition to any team. I have seen her successfully tackle difficult and time-sensitive technical issues with confidence and calm. She is also a pleasure to be around, and her communication skills are second to none - an incredibly important skill to have in an industry that relies so much on team work.

Seeing her progress from a keen junior edit assistant to a confident senior EA and post production coordinator has been a delight. I am excited to see what Ioana does next in her career, and I hope we get to work together again in the future.
