Also able to run small lean teams on tight budget. Great communication skills, good with access, talent, contributors and running teams, plus excellent script writer with a lot of hands on edit experience. Enjoy formatting new series and enlivening established shows. Mature approach to work with the ability to overcome and adapt. Decisive, supportive, enthusiastic and sensible.
