I have over 25 years of experience in production management. I have worked across a range of genre including drama, children's, documentary and factual entertainment - including food shows, travelogues, dog shows, farm shows, books and property shows for BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Discovery & Netflix.

More recently, I have been working in TV drama production, managing large scale series with multiple departments.  I am comfortable producing and managing schedules, budgets and working with HoDs on their budgets and timelines.

The balancing of budgets and editorial ambition is challenging but I always approach this with honest, clear communication and endeavour to find the best outcome for the show.

I am used to filming abroad - both with local fixers and crews. Across several series I have managed productions in Morocco, Tanzania, Algeria, Tunisia, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Peru, Guatemala and India, as well as many European countries.  I have a good understanding of the importance of prep and an appropriate approach in line with the challenges faced in different countries.

I thrive in a positive and collaborative culture myself – and that is exactly what I always strive to produce alongside the people I work with. Good working relationships with all colleagues, crews and suppliers is at the heart of my approach to the effective management of any production.
