A talented Producer and TV Journalist, Rebecca has a huge amount of experience when it comes to live content, making her a trusted pair of hands for special events such as the BBC Election Night Programme.
On the Politics Show, Rebecca had a reputation for being an imaginative PD, consistently pitching creative film treatments and news generating stories. Her flair for negotiating difficult access and securing contributors resulted in several TV firsts for the show.
Sam Woodhouse, Editor, BBC Election Night Programme / Assistant Editor, BBC Politics Show
Rebecca has extensive experience at a senior level in broadcast media and live event production. She is a skilled and tenacious producer who brings a high degree of personal integrity and commitment to her work. In her programming role at the RSA, she has taken a thorough and conscientious approach to event planning and execution, delivering a wide range of talks, debates and policy launches, featuring high-profile public figures.
Rebecca has secured some very difficult documentary access for us and clearly has a knack for persuading the most reticent of contributors and organisations to come onboard with projects.
An experienced PD with a background in broadcast journalism, Rebecca not only worked up development briefs and wrote treatments, she also shared her contacts and contributed lots of ideas for stories, experts and presenters.
I can recommend Rebecca as a genuine asset to documentary teams.
