Joanne has been working with me on two very contrasting, very demanding series over the summer. The first is for CBBC and involved filming in the USA, swathes of music clearance and navigating a tight budget and schedule on an unbelievably last minute turnaround. She also PM'd on location on the UK leg of filming. The other is a documentary series with a tiny team, meaning she has really had to multi-task. She has well and truly been thrown in at the deep end and has done a brilliant job. Joanne is extremely conscientious, very hard working and is always cheerful - no mean feat! I will definitely attempt to get her on board for future projects and highly recommend her to those in a position to snap her up.
