I’m a shooting producer, director and editor with over 10 years experience crafting character-led documentary and sport films across the globe.

My work sits at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and authenticity, blending observational access with strong narrative structure to create emotionally engaging, human stories. I’ve built my career telling stories about elite performers, from Olympic champions and world-class athletes to chefs, artists, and lifelong makers - earning rare, trusted access to people operating at the very top of their disciplines. My calm, unobtrusive shooting style helps contributors feel at ease, allowing me to capture moments of honesty and vulnerability that elevate films beyond surface-level coverage.

Alongside directing, I work extensively as an editor, spending 70% of my year in post. Coming from a shooting PD background means I naturally think like an editor on set and like a storyteller in the edit. I’m constantly shaping narrative, coverage, and structure with the cut in mind, a crossover that makes me particularly strong in documentary storytelling, where the story often needs to be discovered rather than simply assembled.

I’ve delivered 250+ films across documentary, branded, and sport content, working with global brands including Red Bull, FIFA, BMC Bikes, Texaco, DT Swiss, and SuperTri, as well as numerous Olympians and Wimbledon champions. I’m comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from development through to final delivery, managing the full post pipeline: offline and online edit, music and archive sourcing, sound design and mix, colour grade, motion graphics, and light 3D work in After Effects.

I founded Atlas as a vehicle to pitch and deliver direct commissions for brands, building a trusted network of filmmakers and producers around the world. While Atlas supports larger productions, I remain predominantly freelance and hands-on, collaborating closely with teams or leading projects independently.

At the core of everything I do is one thread: finding the human story. Whether shooting or editing, my goal is always the same, to create thoughtful, cinematic films that move people, build connection, and leave a lasting emotional impact.
