My key strengths are:– Digital design, especially display advertising – Highly skilled in Adobe CS – UX experience – Creative/art directionFor the last 2 years I have been a digital designer within an internal creative agency at ME Bank in Melbourne, Australia. Focusing on design, strategy, build and publishing of digital and dynamic display advertising. Secondly, designing email marketing, and the templates and systems to complement the eDM and marketing/comms strategy. Alongside designing concepts for the UX team to test and put into development for the website, internet banking website and mobile app. Thirdly, supporting the creative agency with my motion-graphics, graphic design and photography skills to supplement the agencies creative output.For 4 years previous to ME Bank I was freelancing in London and Melbourne through an agency with various clients across many industries on short-medium term placements.Apart from my design skills and creativity, I’m able to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and to the highest standard. I’m comfortable across print and digital, experienced in working in many different industries and able to share and manage jobs to other team members or outside agencies where appropriate. I believe we should all bring our whole selves to work and for me that means working in a creative team where we can bounce ideas off each other freely.
