I am highly experienced in all aspects of the production process including hiring and managing production teams in a calm and effective manner, balancing the financial, HR and legal aspects of production, and delivering projects on schedule and to budget without compromising on editorial aspirations.

A large part of my role in recent years has been working closely with the senior team at each company, doing all of the budgets and helping to advance new productions through the commissioning process.
