I'm currently based in London and I'm available immediately for work.I have done a few training courses over the last couple of years. I trained as a Green Runner which involved completing the training with Green Shoot allowing myself to make any future productions as green as possible.I have a BA degree in Film and Television Production and a MA in Screenwriting. Whilst studying, I spent three years volunteering at Watersprite Film Festival, which is entirely run by students. Starting as a runner in my first year, I did note-taking, logging, and filming and by my third year, I was offered the position of Head of Filming Department. This required a lot more challenging work but was definitely worthwhile. I organised the pre-production work, managed my own small team to film the events, and had to support industry speakers that were part of the masterclasses. It was a rewarding and enjoyable experience that I learned a lot from.
In my final year of university, I took on the role of studio director to create a DIY game show called ‘Flat Pack Challenge’. I had to develop the concept, write the script, work creatively with contributors and a presenter, and lead the entire production team. It was a challenging and amazing experience that led it to become nominated for a Royal Television Society award. During my Masters, I did Script Reports, Coverage, and Market Analysis whilst also writing a feature film, short drama films, and a TV pilot.
