As a director, I enjoyed working with Dan on several episodes of Bargain Hunt, where his sense of pacing, structure, and music choice consistently elevated each episode. Dan demonstrated a deep understanding of the format and brought a collaborative spirit that made the editing process both efficient and inspiring. He made some great editorial suggestions and was always receptive to feedback. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence never wavered, even under tight deadlines.

The things I most liked about Dan was his communication and his reliability. Most of the time he worked remotely, but I always felt in the loop, and whenever a cut was required Dan was ahead of schedule and his high-quality work always kept us on track to deliver a successful show that we could both be proud of.
