I worked with Clare for a series of Flog It for the BBC in Bristol. She was one of four directors who made the series with me. She was very solid - you could always rely on her to get what was wanted - and creative - she came up with lots of good ideas to make her shows more interesting. She worked very well with the talent and was always calm and in control on the busy (and often stressful) valuation days. Clare is a good team player and gets on well with everybody - she works hard and always goes that extra mile to get things done well. I would highly recommend her.
