I am an enthusiastic worker with a range of skills, but I would like to expand my skillset with new challenges and acquire more responsibility in different positions. Since graduating from university, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of film sets and I have found this to be hugely rewarding work, therefore I am looking to gain experience in film and tv production and expand my knowledge wherever possible.Most recently I have worked as a location marshall on ITV’s shoot for MacDonald and Dobbs in Bath. This involved assisting crew members with setting up for takes, marshalling members of the public, moving equipment and helping with the general running of the set. While also working and communicating amongst a large crew in order to facilitate shots and maintain ideal working conditions all under a tight schedule. This required a high level of teamwork, technical expertise and good communication in order to ensure the smooth running of the production, all areas in which I thrived and enjoyed.Moreover, I have worked in multiple labour-based roles before, all of which required a strong work ethic and high attention detail, all while maintaining good time management and professionalism. These roles included working as a landscaper and garden builder for Manon Tremblay Garden Design and Walmsley Shaw Garden Builders, and as a Graduate Trainee in Clifton Hotel’s busy Property Development department. All of which required me to have a strong technical knowledge of multiple trades, including carpentry, electrics and plumbing. While also work independently on projects, ensuring I balanced multiple responsibilities and making large decisions using my own initiative. I believe with this experience; my work ethic and positive attitude ensures I am a positive asset to any production.I have also travelled extensively to Australia, Canada, Uganda, Kenya and throughout Europe, during which I have worked in a range of jobs, gaining valuable experience in multiple fields and learning the importance of communication and leadership.
