I have worked with Ben for the last seven years. He started off as floor runner and excelled therefore moving up to 3rd assistant director. I can honestly say he was one of the best 3rd Ad's I have ever worked alongside. The last two and a half years Ben has been the second assistant director. I was a little apprehensive at first with 1st Ad and 2nd Ad having to work so closely together and the 2nd is the 1st's right hand but Ben blew me away. His paper work was faultless, he knew the script inside out and he dealt extremely well with the actors who at sometimes were quite tricky but most of all, he helped keep two units filming with a smile on his face! I would give Ben a glowing reference at any opportunity I could.
