I've worked with Laurynas on a couple of projects. He was one of the most hard-working and dedicated professionals I've ever encountered. Very passionate about the things he does, always on time, never fails to offer a solution to any problem. It was such a pleasure to get work with a talented individual like him who not only knows how to do his job but supports all crew members with their when needed. Active communication, leadership, and time and production management are definitely his top skills. I've never met anyone as committed as he is. I'd definitely recommend working with him.
