I had the joy of working with Ben Miller on two occasions. First when he produced a substantial theatrical production for Telford Council to celebrate 50 years of Telford entitled "Pantomania" which entailed overseeing the entire production, casting actors, appointing musicians, coordinating contracts, and all the essential work, both foreseen and unforeseen, connected with such a production. At every point Ben presented himself with total professionalism dealing with problems and people patiently, kindly and intelligently. On the second occasion I directed Ben in "Cinderella" at Chesterfield during which he maintained the professional standards displayed in Telford. He was a consummate professional, diligent and thorough in his work and a great team player. I have the utmost respect for his work and ambitions and look forward to seeing the next stage of his undoubtedly successful career.
