MIKE LITHGOW FILM EDITOR / SHOOTING PD. I am a very experienced FILM EDITOR with over 40 years working on Broadcast Documentaries.. Long form Documentary a Specialism.. History, Science, Crime, Sport, I always look to bring out the human stories. Strengths include scriptwriting, creative use of archive, an eye for drama and an ear for music, , and the ability to tell a good story.
I always think the cutting room should be a relaxed, friendly and ultimately productive place. I have my own Avid kit and am happy to work remotely or in Post facilities in London or elsewhere.

I am also a Director with broadcast experience as a self shooter if required.  I am flexible, thorough, friendly and always able to spot narrative and to shoot for storytelling. This skill comes from 40 years experience in the cutting room as a Documentary Film Editor .
