An Ambitious and driven individual with Senior Production Management experience gained and applied at blue chip organizations. My experience within Non-scripted TV ranges across genres such as: Magazine, Daytime TV, Factual, Commercial Adverts, Live Events/OB’s & Documentaries. I have managed large teams & Production's with budgets up to £15M in Mainstream Daytime Television. This has involved scoping and managing budgets Pan-Daytime, cost reporting to HOD’s, contracting on-screen talent and artists, dealing with agents, liaising with legal, business affairs and insurance, organizing child licenses, applying duty of care protocols to crew and contributors, procuring facilities, organizing location recce’s, hiring experienced crew, being mindful of cultural appropriation’s, managing complex filming & edit schedules, and applying Health & Safety considerations, liaising with Art/Set construction on studio builds, and constant negotiations with stakeholders to ensure the best deal for the client/Broadcaster whileoptimizingresources&financesfortheneedoftheproduction.

Over the years, I have also remotely managed shoots in the UK, Canada, USA, Turkey, Tunisia, Russia, Dubai, Afghanistan, India, Brazil, Argentina, Bosnia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ireland, & Europe while hiring independent production companies to facilitate filming while ensuring country/region specific compliance for the broadcaster.
