As a dedicated Senior Casting Producer in the reality TV industry, I have built a successful career and solid reputation through my extensive experience working on reality shows and factual entertainment programs. My casting experience spans from discovering bold, outrageous, and hilarious characters to handling sensitive subjects and topics. This has required me to develop strong relationships with contributors over extended periods of time, demonstrating my ability to connect with people on a deeper level.

In my role as a Senior Casting Producer, I have successfully managed teams of up to 15 people, ensuring that each project runs smoothly and efficiently. My expertise in dealing with legal, compliance, and welfare matters has been invaluable in safeguarding the well-being of both cast and crew.

Throughout my career, I have been recognised for my exceptional work and dedication to the industry. In 2017, I was honoured as one of the Edinburgh International Television Festival's 'Ones to Watch'. More recently, I joined Freemantle/The TV Collective's 'Breakthrough Leader' 2021 Cohort.
