[US I-VISA HOLDER] I am a very creative, adaptable and driven producer working across casting, development and production. I thrive when problem solving and working to tight deadlines and I have an indisputable track-record for access negotiation, excellent contributor finding, casting and story mining. I always set up water-tight shoots with extremely high attention to detail and I am very proficient in scheduling and scripting. I have worked on the ground in the USA, Europe and in the UK and I have recently directed UK and international shoots. I naturally build rapport with location contacts and contributors and therefore can manage relationships well at the most stressful of times.
