I am an award winning, BAFTA nominated self-shooting Producer/Director with extensive experience making current affairs and documentary and factual films in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, India, Philippines, Rwanda, Somalia, South Africa, UK, USA and Venezuela for terrestial television and streamers.

I am a passionate, versatile and focused filmmaker, driven by the challenge of crafting intimate human dramas that illuminate important contemporary conflicts and controversies that affect us all.

I have a proven track record discovering and developing new ideas and stories and taking them through every step to transmission. I have conceived cutting edge films on subjects such as transgender rights, the Rwandan genocide and the politics of coronavirus in Brazil. I have directed large teams and am also an excellent self-starter, having delivered films in demanding and dangerous locations with a broad range of journalists and presenters.

I can work under intense pressure and am highly experienced in hostile environments having produced and self-shot multiple series on the battlefields of Afghanistan and Somalia. I know how to deliver in highly tense, volatile and explosive situations, whether filming with gang members in a crack den or amongst soldiers during a firefight in Afghanistan.
