*Currently available for work*I am an award-winning journalist and BAFTA Award-Winning filmmaker based in London. I have a strong background in TV production but also in independent documentary and investigative journalism, and across all these platforms, I excel at telling character-driven stories in a compelling and accessible way. I'm a confident self-shooter, researcher and interviewer with a strong editorial eye. I have written and directed short films for the BBC, Sky Documentaries, ITV, Together TV and TIME.com.My latest film, 'Our Land', won a BAFTA in the Short Form Category (2022), and won awards at several BAFTA qualifying film festivals, and I am currently directing a BFI-funded documentary called 'The Keeper', which follows the journey of a Scottish laird attempting to undo concentrated land ownership from within.As a trained journalist with ten years in the industry, I am very experienced negotiating sensitive access, working on complex investigations and developing close working relationships with contributors, and my drive and dedication has taken numerous stories from inception to delivery.I have an MA in Magazine Journalism from City University and am NUJ accredited.
