I am a freelance Edit Assistant looking for edit assistant work around the North West but I have my own transport so I can commute further if necessary.I’ve recently worked as the dedicated assistant on the upcoming ITV2 Series featuring the Thomas Brothers and BBC’s You Are What You Wear. I also did the track-lay/dub preparation on some episodes of these productions.I am a competent user of Avid Media Composer and Pro Tools and I am confident in all areas of edit assisting from back up, ingest and transcoding to sync pulls, grouping and syncing, conforming and creating and distributing exports such as AAFs, EDLs and playouts.I am experienced using Forscene/Blackbird, Avid Interplay, LTO Archive solutions and I have previous experience using Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
