I have over fifteen years of experience working in the television industry, primarily in factual programming, covering a range of subjects including history, science, natural history, engineering, and the arts. I’ve been involved in both large and small scale productions and I am capable of adapting my work to the requirements of the budget, schedule and audience.

As a PD, I have extensive experience of planning, scripting and then directing on location in numerous countries and territories across the world. I also have experience directing on-screen talent, as well as drama recon. For most of these programmes, I have then taken them into the edit and through to final delivery. I have also worked separately as an edit producer, frequently working with archive and GFX.

As a series producer, I have years of experience leading and managing both small and large teams, communicating effectively with broadcasters and delivering series on time. I have successfully completed this role while often fulfilling the role of P/D and/or edit producer alongside this. I have also helped nurture the talent within the teams that I manage, including developing APs into edit producers or PDs. Read Less
