Born in Port-Of-Spain inTrinidad & Tobago, to a large family of 8 children - where I am the 5th child. Entertainment was huge when growing up. There was always music in our home. Some came from the radio and most came from our record player. My mum knew all the names of actors and actresses, that played in movies; and I wanted to be one of them. (Marilyn Monroe was one of my favorites). Also my dad read just about all Harlequin novels. At the age of thirteen I got my first lessons in dance and folklore drama. It was amazing. Read Less
