I imagine myself in my colleagues’ roles and think of ways in which I am able to work effectively with them. Fully under series format, editorial and shooting schedules allows me to direct and delegate a team successfully. I have fantastic rapport with crew, talent and contributors, which I find useful when I’m producing content in challenging situation. I'm a very confident shooter and pride myself on not just my creativity but vigilance for following the natural story whilst hitting important format points. I happily take any opportunity to develop my skills in my career, both at work and on my own projects. I have completed an online course on online marketing and web design, which has assisted me in building a variety of websites that aim to generate profit. I have illustrated, written and self-published two books on autism (available to buy on Amazon) and volunteered my self-shooting director skills on short films. One of which premièred at the BFI. My pervious career in events management and my BA Hons in fine art allows me to apply unique skills to all my tasks. Read Less
