Question writer, writer, and researcher.

I am primarily based in London, with links to Manchester and Oxford.

I enjoy crafting questions with humour, interesting and surprising facts and links, and original themes and concepts. I am passionate about equality and representation, and using my disabilities and neurodivergence for positive purposes and advocacy.

Having reached the quarter finals of University Challenge, I am an increasingly experienced quizzer, and have quizzed with and against national quizzers, Chasers, Eggheads, TV quiz winners and question writers in the Quiz League of London, Online Quiz League (winning the John Jacobs Cup), and other quiz leagues and competitions.

In addition to quizzes, I enjoy wordplay/humour, crosswords, the natural world, international culture and languages, computer programming, food, art, football, television and film, writing and reading.

Academically, I have a first class masters degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, and am nearing completion of a PhD in Mathematical Logic with the University of Manchester.
