Acting and performing has been with me from a very young age, always looking to perform for family and friends whenever I could. Of course acting still remains a very important part of my life, however, I feel costume design and production is a fantastic way to be involved and influence any production that you’re working on and offers you the possibility of more regular employment through theatre as well as other forms of entertainment media. Also, the thrill and excitement of having the opportunity to work with individual actors on a one-to-one basis and therefore being personally responsible and influencing their character, excites me greatly. I truly believe that the skills I have developed and experiences I have gained gives me a good all-round understanding of theatre practice, but realise there is still a lot to learn and experience, which I’m looking forward to with eager anticipation. I just want to keep living the dream! l like to think of myself as a pragmatic individual who is generally calm under pressure. I have a set of core values that I try and live by.
