Experienced AP (development and production) based in Manchester. In my most recent role I have worked in a small team on a major BBC History series, crafting stories, drafting scripts, finding first-person testimony and helping to prepare for drama recon shoots. 

In development I have worked across all unscripted genres, from specialist factual to quiz. I have experience negotiating and securing tricky access, casting great contributors and cutting casting tapes. I have produced, cast and written questions for successful quiz run-throughs with commissioners.

I am a particularly clear, speedy writer, and can design pitch decks on PowerPoint and Photoshop. I have an academic background and I can navigate complex academic research and synthesise it into a clear and compelling pitch for factual and specialist factual projects.  Read Less
