I worked with Cecillia on the first series of The Circle Brazil for Netflix. She was the Edit Runner and we worked together on the night shift. She took care of the entire edit floor by herself, besides helping me sometimes with some of my tasks in the production office. She's easy going and attentive and managed to get along with all of our coworkers. You can see how hard she worked and how passionate she is, as the editors quickly grew to trust her and by the end of the project would be teaching her about the editing process.
