I’m an assistant producer with experience working on documentaries, where I have been specialising in subjects involving sensitive access. Over the years I’ve learnt the fundamentals of building trusting relationships with contributors and maintaining those relationships over extended periods of time.

I’m resilient when it comes to story-finding and locating contributors to secure access to interviews. When a story has been pitched and approved, I write up detailed research briefs, scripts, and interview questions for the producers to use.

I’ve worked on many UK and international shoots and can source locations, put together filming schedules and coordinate crews and contributors. When working on location in the UK, I will assist with equipment, film GVs, and keep detailed story logs for producers to refer to. I’m also experienced in conducting interviews.

In post-production, I’m knowledgeable in compliance and will work with legal teams to make sure every legal note is addressed. I can fact-check scripts, background-check contributors, and ensure all archive logs are kept up to date.

I’m experienced with cameras, so I can confidently self-shoot whilst out on location. I can also edit using Adobe Premiere Pro. Read Less
