Experienced Series Producer/ Series director, self-shooter and edit producer in factual, observational and formatted series, particularly in pilots and first series. I have successfully had original ideas commissioned and worked across development, production and post-production. I am confident in self-shooting and directing crew, and have run multiple edits simultaneously. I work fast in the edit, write efficient, engaging scripts and am confident with music and setting style for new series. My formative experience in commercials and promos has enabled me to work with big-name talent and run major, complex shoots. I have come up with original formats which have been commissioned (Redgrave's Raw Recruits for ITV), and directed numerous taster tapes and talent teasers which have led to shows being commissioned. I am confident working with new on-screen talent as well as major names, and in helping get strong performances and sync from all contributors.
