Based in Cardiff with a full clean driving licence, I'm ready for my next challenge in production management, sustainability coordination, or roles that combine both skill sets.

I'm a Production Coordinator and trained Sustainability Coordinator with a unique career path spanning IT, broadcast strategy, and television production management. After a decade creating competitive programme schedules for Discovery Channel and analyzing audience research, I retrained with ScreenSkills in 2021 to transition into hands-on production roles, bringing my strategic thinking and organizational skills into unscripted and scripted TV.  

Since completing Media Cymru's Sustainability Coordinator training in 2024, I've specialized in embedding sustainability practices across major productions. With Bad Wolf Ltd, I've coordinated sustainability for two high-profile HETV dramas (The War Between the Land and Sea, Industry S4), managing Albert certification, carbon footprinting, and departmental engagement from pre-production through wrap.

My production coordination experience spans BBC factual entertainment, documentaries, and continuing drama, where I've built a reputation for meticulous post-production paperwork delivery, budget management, and calm problem-solving under pressure. I'm skilled in Silvermouse, PMI, and BBC systems, with extensive experience coordinating locations, crew, and  logistics.

Beyond my professional work, I serve as a school governor (9+ years experience), volunteering my time to ensure equity of education for all. Colleagues describe me as a "safe pair of hands" and "secret weapon," but I see myself as someone who genuinely cares about facilitating positive, progressive change within the television industry—particularly in making productions more sustainable and inclusive.
