Hi, my name is Olive Tonkin, I have just finished working as Assistant Content Producer for Wildscreen Festival, during which I was pulling together the festival's 5x day programme of live content consisting of 12x headliners, 23x panels, 13x masterclasses, and 14x commissioning clinics. I have previous experience working as a Junior Researcher at the Natural History Unit on Springwatch, and before that, a PMA (Autumnwatch '21 and Winterwatch '22) and so have a broad range of experience and understanding of the production process as a whole. My current duties include but are not limited to; creating research documents, communicating with specialist scientists and contributors, sourcing archive (BBC and elsewhere), rigorous fact checking and writing presenter notes. I graduated from Royal Holloway University of London in 2020 with a 1st class degree in Biology. Having completed a science degree, I have developed skills in extensive research through writing two dissertations. I am seeking opportunities to bring the wonders of the natural world to people’s door-steps in an educational and entertaining manner. Read Less
