Most recently I was Senior Manager of Discovery's EMEA/UK Reversioning Department. I led a large team of Producers, Assistant Producers and Freelancers with a remit to ensure all content airing on all of Discovery's portfolio of channels are compliant and editorially suited for every region. In addition, I was the key strategist Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa with respect to Compliance, Editorial Reversioning and Localisation. I had a large network of stakeholders internationally across all the Broadcast and Digital functions of the business and therefore an excellent working knowledge of those functions.I joined Discovery as a Freelance Producer and have consistently been promoted over the years to my present position. Prior to Discovery I worked in various Production roles including Series Producers and Production Executive, producing content for all the major UK and International Broadcasters.
