I’m an experienced Producer with over 14 years working across Fact Ent, Entertainment, corporate, and online branded content.

My credits span dating, game and talent shows, food programming and digital formats, including multiple series of First Dates (Channel 4) and four series of FootAsylum’s hit YouTube reality show Locked In. Editorially, I have strong story instincts and a track record of shaping compelling narratives from development through to delivery.

Over the past two years at Tilling Creative Group, I’ve delivered projects end-to-end, leading creative development, producing and directing on location and in studio, overseeing post-production, and ensuring final delivery meets both creative and senior stakeholder expectations. I’m confident managing crews, contributors, and high-profile talent, leading interviews, scripting, scheduling, sourcing locations and story producing in the Gallery.

With a strong casting background as a Senior Casting Producer, I’m used to leading teams, developing standout characters, and delivering memorable storylines that land on screen.
