I am a visual person. I understand everything better if it comes with a diagram or sketch. My love for colours, art and design, in general, led me to make my career decisions. An architect by profession, I have always dreamed of being a part of the film industry. It was Hindi cinema (“Bollywood”) that piqued my interest in the film industry. I realized, what adds authenticity to the emotions in films is a landscape, meticulously put together by a group of skilled professionals. That was the key driving force behind my decision to become a production designer. I feel that my background in architecture in addition to working in theater for years, has added to my skills needed in a designer for film and television. Read Less
