My career in TV production spans over 20 years, mostly music related content, I have been part of production teams at various levels, and responsibilities, for some of the BBC’s flagship shows and Live Event coverage including Later...with Jools, Glastonbury, and Top of the Pops. I have worked as a Producer & Director for multiple platforms including credits in Documentary, Studio, and Location filming to OB, Gallery Producing or working as a backstage Pres. Director. I have honed my craft as a documentary-maker with a proven track record as a filmmaker and storyteller. My experience Producing & Directing long form documentaries has given the opportunity to produce a range of critically acclaimed TV for the BBC, BBC SOUNDS, ITN & CHANNEL 5. I have worked closely with high profile screen talent, professionals, and experts; including some of the music industry’s high-profile artists from: Dolly Parton, Dave Grohl to Stormzy. As a Producer I’m involved from the development stage, shaping the narrative, casting, shooting, and delivering from the edit. I’m responsible for overseeing budgets, scripting & shooting, briefing crew, production teams and talent and feeding back to Execs & Commissioners on a variety of productions.
