Dave was always first on my list when it came to crewing for the series. Within the constraints of filming Police Interceptors he was well adapted to produce all the elements needed to tell a good story, and a good understanding of what the edit needs - none of the editors complained about his footage. He has a great ability to integrate himself with the officers of various forces we have filmed with, and also deal with the general public professionally and graciously. Dave has a good knowledge of the kit and works well under the pressure of a single crew multi camera format, excelling where others could not. His logs were always on time and full of the information we needed, very important as we have a small crew. Good sense of humour and an all round nice bloke, I'd have him back any day.
