Since having to drop out of college i've been in full-time employment as a waitress/bartender at my local for coming up to 5 years. Developing in the entertainment industry wasn't possible as I am self-funded and not a lot of opportunities were available to me, but I did what I could to ???? my creative passion.⁂I signed up for theatre which is held in the Lamproom, Barnsley where I was group-taught semi-professional acting, singing lessons and dance choreography. I was only able to do this for 1 year but it was an amazing experience. The show that was casting was The Wizard of Oz, and being new to acting I continued as an extra. As I progressed I was re-casted as the 'Gᴇɴᴇʀᴀʟ Wɪɴᴋɪᴇ' in which I had a small role with around 5 lines. I was able to see and participate in everything behind-the-scenes, from costume designing, to script enhancing, to makeup-retouching, to relocating the set, to making props- it was a dream come true.⁂Now i'm hoping to gain some skills in the industry by offering my services. I am very open to taking any job, big or small, and at any pay.
