I am a runner/junior researcher/production assistant with equal experience on location and in the office. I am a confident driver and have a clean licence held for 6 years with experience driving long distances in hire cars and vans. I am proficient in Premiere Pro and have good knowledge of AVID editing software. I am also experienced in Photoshop, Lightroom and After Effects. I have experience in post-production paperwork and have worked with Silvermouse software. I have a lot of experience in logging sync pulls and footage quickly and accurately. I have a good knowledge of a variety of video equipment that includes FS7/FX9 cameras, batteries, monitors, sync cables, radio mics, walkie talkies, panel lights, gimbals and go pros. I have fantastic knowledge of project scheduling, from working as an assistant on multiple television productions in their differing stages while interning as a production management assistant. I have compiled call sheets, travel timetables and filming schedules for every job I have worked on and liaised directly with production managers and coordinators. With experience working in small teams, I have adapted to become a reliable team member for crew who rely on my organisation during filming and pre/post production. Timekeeping has been especially important in my previous experience as most TV shoots have been over one day. I always check the call sheet to make sure my team is running to time and organise transport and breaks to fit into the schedule. I have worked with both the production and editorial team on programmes so have a rounded knowledge of both sides of factual television production.
